King's Trail Petroglyph Walking Tour

Also known as the Mamalahoa Trail, this walk along a lava rock path reveals ancient petroglyph carvings. The trail was built in the mid-1800s for transporting food and essential commodities from the sea coast to upland communities. The free guided tour begins at 10:30 am daily at the King's Shops.

Hilton Waikoloa Village is proud to present the Legends of the PacificT dinner show, brought to you by Tihati Productions. Our guests are greeted by the exotic Polynesian dances and music of the Pacific Rim, highlighted by a Big Island Luau Buffet, featuring kalua pig, roasted chicken with mango and green peppercorn sauce, braised short ribs, a variety of tropical fruits, salads, fresh island fish, and a lavish display of island-style desserts.

View the imu (underground oven) preparation the morning of the show at 8 am complimentary.

Waikoloa Beach Resort Beach Course

Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., the resort-style Beach Course is literally carved through the magnificent lava flows along scenic Anaehoomalu Bay. The par-70 Beach Course features numerous sand bunkers, water features and the most spectacular oceanfront par-five in Hawaii on the 502-yard, 12th hole. From this hole golfers can see vistas of neighboring Hawaiian Islands, and in winter, whales breaching offshore.

Hawaii (Big Island)
